SES Training
Use the information in this section to arrange SES training for new members at your agency or company.
- SES Training Methods and Timing
  SES training is delivered through FLEX, CSBS’ learning management system. The following training is good for all users of SES including new hires and seasoned users who need a refresher.
- SES Supervisory Activity Training
  This program teaches users how to use the Supervisory Activity functionality in the State Examination System (SES), an online tool that facilitates supervisory processes between state agencies and companies.
  - Training for Account Administrators
    This self-paced program teaches users how perform the Account Administrator (AA) role in SES. Complete each step listed here to successfully earn your Certificate of Training Completion.
  - Training for EICs, Examiners, Staff Users, and Reviewers
    This course will show you how to use the State Examination System (SES) to conduct an exam on a company.
  - Training for Staff Directors
    This self-paced program teaches users how perform the Staff Director role in SES. Complete each step listed here to successfully earn your Certificate of Training Completion.
- SES Complaints Training
  This program teaches users how to use the Complaints functionality in the State Examination System (SES), an online tool that facilitates supervisory processes between state agencies and companies.
- SES Training for Companies
  Training resources for company users are available in the chapter/getStart/topics/c_companyQS-1.html.

Training for EICs, Examiners, Staff Users, and Reviewers

This course will show you how to use the State Examination System (SES) to conduct an exam on a company.

Course Description

This course contains more than 25 step-by-step exercises allowing you to practice in the SES Training environment. This is a great way to get to learn the system before conducting exams in SES. On average, it takes 24 hours to complete the end-to-end practice exam. You do not have to complete the course in one sitting; your progress will be saved.
