Associating Additional IR responses to an IR Response

If you find that an response from another addresses an within the you are currently in, you can use the Associate Additional Information Request feature to link the two responses.

Procedure

  1. Click Associate Additional Information Requests.
    In the list of Informatio Requests that have at least one response, you can click Associate Additioal Information Requests to add IRs from related Areas for Review to this Information Request Response.
    Note: The only IRs that appear in the list are those that have been responded to from within another . If there are no IRs to select, this means that the company has not yet responded to the IRs.
  2. Select the IRs to be added to this AFR by clicking the desired rows.
  3. Click Associate Information Requests.
    Select the appropriate IRs from the list and click Associate Information Requests to add them to this IR Response
